Unless you have a severe metabolic disorder, you risk is near zero. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

In absence of genetic or metabolic dysfunctions, your risk of a vascular catastrophe is minimal, at age 23. A bigger problem is health anxiety. Effective solutions are available, such as mindfulness meditation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and biofeedback. Your choice: get proactive or continue pondering and worrying.
