Symptoms: Heart attack - the patient is usually complaining of chest tightness or pain, mental status remains initially intact, unless the attack is massive. Collapse may occur. Seizure - mental status is usually affected. Staring episode, frothing at the mouth, "drop attacks" or abnormal limb movements might be seen. Chest discomfort is uncommon.
