For a few months now, i have had pain in my right testical, mostly the epididymis. can be anywhere from dull uncomfortable pain to sharp pain that makes me have to adjust the way i walk. no lumps/swelling/veins?

Sometimes a tiny cyst at the head of the epididymis can cause this when it rubs against the thigh depending on the position of the testicle. Wear a goo support underwear and if you feel the pain change the position of the testicle and the pain will go away. Nothing serious and no other RX needed
