See a doctor: In general seizures and heart attacks have very different symptoms. Anyone concerned that they are having a heart attack or seizure should been evaluated by a doctor in a setting where they have access to the appropriate tests (ie. Ekg, lab, ct scanner etc. Etc.) and can initiate treatment if needed.
