I have one huge one, its the color of my skin, if not lighter, and i have a small one its bright red , i've just started growing pubic hair, and they appeared when i began. the big ones getting bigger, might be a pimple? i have not had pimples before?

Skin growths: May be cysts , ingrown hairs. or skin tags, hemangiomas if red Is it painful? May also be a sign of venereal disease if in the groin area. Would follow up with MD or Health tap prime video so they can see the lesion ( or send a picture)
