Been getting goosebump patches down left leg for months now. at first it was the right leg. i also have piriformous syndrome and notice when i dont stretch i get them more often. anyone know what this is and how to fix? super worried?

Those skin patches are less likely associated with pyriformis syndrome. The goose bumps are just raised hair follicles and normally they are present evenly on skin surface, not in patches. You may have a condition called keratosis pilaris which is harmless. While there's no cure, it often clears up on its own. You should see a dermatogist for the accurate diagnosis.
