A member asked:

I had a transvaginal ultrasound done and this is what was said, i am very nervous can you please help. there are scattered areas of vascularity within the endometrium of indeterminate etiology, no discrete stalk/lesion identified sonographically?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You did not give enough helpful information, like why the ultrasound was done. The report is just telling about blood vessels in the inner linning of the uterus but could not tell the cause of it. It could be probably due to when in the cycle of hormone it was done rather than something to cause anxiety. Anyway it is not emergency, so wait to discuss with your gynecologist for definitive answer.
