Hello! about 5 days ago i noticed my temp was elevated 100.2. next day diarrhea multiple times a day (green stinky) but no fever. diarrhea continuing for 4 days now but temperature is returning 99.8. could this still be flu/viral or bacterial now?

Diarrhea for 4 days are infectious colitis, either viral or bacterial infection and both can cause low grade fever. Problem is usually self limited so you only need to hydrate well. However, if you note of significant mucous, especially with blood in stool, you may need to see a doctor.
