I recently began to feel something like a vein pop through my skin over my rib cage leading into/near the right nipple. there is some swelling soreness when i touch it or run. could it be serious or heart related. sudden 2days ago.no chronic illness?

Serious issue is unlikely and definitely it has nothing to do with the heart. Just apply cold compress a couple times daily for a couple days until the swelling and discomfort resolve.

Most likely cause of sudden(3day) inflamed swollen vein(i think) at skin surface leading to/near right nipple(male 40yo) no chronic illness. Popping out at skin surface with some bruising now and slight soreness to area. Maybe fluid buildup in cap..?
