My latest lymph (absolute) was 3.94, down from 4.6. actually, it went from 3.6 to 4.6 to 3.94. is this cause for concern? why the fluctuations?

Assume random lab variation as + - 10%. So take median value 3.94. 10% is .39. So could be expected go vary randomly from 3.94 - .39 to 3.94 + .39 so close to expected variation but check with the lab to see what range of day to day variation they see and call normal in Tx if folks like you.
