Lymph: The lymph system drains the "sludge" out of our systems. It does not have it's own pump and relies on bodily movement to help put it along. Massage Therapists include some or a lot of lymph drainage in their treatments. For a true diagnosis you need to see your MD/DO. Peace and good health.
