Hand foot&mouth dise: Yes the adults have the same symptoms and sign, but the symptoms are mild and it is less common in adults, as they might have been exposed to the virus and have some immunity.

Easy to catch!: You bet! the virus is spread via nose and throat secretions, blister fluid and poop. You're most contagious during the first week of symptoms although you can shed virus for several weeks later. You can return to daycare or school when your blisters are healed. Adults can sometimes get hfm disease but usually happens to kids under 10 years old.
