: It sounds like non specific inflammation. It can be as little as mechanical irritation from something you worn, including necklaces, a skin limited infection, to a rash connected to systemic conditions, allergies,etc, monitor carefully, avoid tight garments around your neck, see your doc if any other symptoms, rash worsening/progressing.

It sounds like non specific inflammation.
