Would suggest a visit to a dermatologist to evaluate hair and scalp issues. Your description is not consistent with any brain or intracranial disorder. But if you have a history of migraine headaches, allodynia can be associated with such events and might explain your symptoms, but this would occur concurrently with your headaches, solely.
