Probably not flu: but may be some other viral illness. The flu (influenza) symptoms include:A 100 F or higher fever or feeling feverish (not everyone with the flu has a fever), A cough and/or sore throat, runny or stuffy nose. Headaches and/or body aches. Chills. Fatigue. The body aches and chills are quite severe. Maybe nausea and vomiting. The U.S. Flu season hasn't really started yet. Get your flu shot!
