Less than an hour after eating i got very gassy with lower abdominal pain. then i had a loose bowel movement, followed by 4 more diarrhea bowel movements. then i was fine the rest of the day. 2 days later i still havent pooped. what is this?

If this pattern recurs in the future, you need to see a GI doctor especially if you see blood or mucus in your stool. However, if this is just one time thing, you should not worry about it because it isn't uncommon after a mild colitis with multiple diarrheal stools you can be constipated for a couple days because there is not much left in your gut & your gut activity may be in idle.
