How do i go about work related injury?

For your protection, Start by a visit to your own physician who will record your history of injury and record any pertinent physical findings & disability in his/her report. You may then be referred to a physician or orthopedic specialist who specializes in work related.injuries or employment elated disability claims. Your employer will also have their industrial physician evaluate you.

Starting with your primary care doc and informing your employer should help in getting the proper referrals, it is a process.
