I keep getting random itchiness on the front of my neck/throat. what is causing this? is it a sign of a cancer or type of disease? thankyou?

This is probably from some local irritation and should go away. Apply cortisone cream to the area. It is not a sign of cancer

It is more likely to due to exposure to an irritant or some thing that you may be allergic to. Try changing your make-up routine. If that does not help, it would be prudent to consult a dermatologist. Wish you good health!
