Chlamydia is not a risk from oral sex; and if somehow you were infected 3 years ago, the infection would have been cleared by your immune system long ago. That said, it is possible (although very rare) that chlamydia can persist in the female genital tract for 3 years or more. But the chance is extremely low. I see no reason for either of you to be tested for chlamydia.

you can get Chlamydia from oral sex. Yes, not everyone gets infected after exposure (depends on the immune system). Chances are you dont have it. But you can get tested if you want
