Most active sexual men at your age have been exposed HPV and have latent HPV. HPV vaccination does not provide any benefit in your case.

The current HPV includes material to prevent many strains of the virus that are associated with cervical cancer and two that cause genital warts. If you have the potential for new exposures this may help you avoid new strains, but it does nothing to aid/treat old infection. Most insurers will not cover the cost of this vaccine after age 29.
