While a positive combo test is valid anytime, a negative test has to be negative at 90 days to be conclusive. The rna pcr test is said to be 100% conclusive if done after 10-12 days post exposure but is felt to be less accurate after 3 months post exposure as antibodies formed from the infection can negate the test. m
