Delay of positive testing for HIV if PEP doesn't work isn't precisely known. Probably your negative results 6 weeks after completing PEP is accurate and it is unlikely you have HIV. However, some experts would recommend another antibody test, or an antigen-antibody (4th generation) blood test 3 months after completing PEP.
