What can i do to make my cycles shorter while on the mirena been on mirena for 3 years. cycle is 10-11 days long. it started off this way then moved to about 6 to 7 days long now back up to 10 days. only a week off from not bleeding

Most women get little to no menses within the first year on the Mirena. This sort of prolonged bleeding should be further investigated for possible growths (polyps, fibroids) or malposition of the Mirena.
