Postcoital bleeding: Since you had been doing well with Mirena (levonorgestrel) for years and your complaint suggested to have possible local trauma, infection lastly Mirena (levonorgestrel) displaced which is very unlikely and the best choice for you to see your regular Gyn doctor to be ascertain its cause.
