I went to my doctor and asked him if there was something wrong with the way i ejaculate and he told me "the plumbing is fine" can a doctor on here please give me a clear answer what he meant by this?

If I had to interpret your physician's findings, I would surmise that he said you are ejaculating normally and that there doesn't seem to be anything abnormal with the anatomy of your genitals or their health. If you need further clarification ask your physician directly to explain what he means.

There was no anatomical finding of concern or explaining your symptoms. In other words, the doc did not find any reason for your symptoms. When in doubt or unclear best to ask doc for peace of mind.
