You cannot acquire a genital (vaginal) STD by oral sex. STDs do not travel though the body to distant sites. Oral STDs rarely cause symptoms at all. If you think your partner was a high risk for being infected, see a doctor for a throat swab to check for gonorrhea. Other STDs are very unlikely from oral sex and testing probably not necessary.
