The vaccine is just to give you injection; to protect you from the very bad HPV that could predispose to cancer. HPV could be transmitted by sexual activities with an infected person and some of them predispose to cancer of the cervix. If you have PAP smear with intention of HPV test and they do microscopy they may see sperms if there had been recent sexual intercourse without condom.

HPV vaccine does not reflect a person's sexual activity. HPV infection results from sex with an infected person.

The vaccine is to protect you from future infection of HPV. It is not a biomarker for past sexual contact.
