My 15 month old has has numerous ear infections we have tried tubes and about ever antibiotic out there what else is there?

.: Usually toddlers get a lot of ear infections as they are exposed to new bugs in school, day care and friends. One way to decrease risk is good general hygiene and decrease exposure to infections. If it is just ear infections and not other serious infections you don't have to be worried about his immunity.
