If you sustained substantial contusion to the lower left rib cage or upper abdomen the spleen can be ruptured. Symptoms would be manifested by abdominal pain and distension from bleeding and profound weakness.from blood loss. Get examined in the emergency room if any of these symptoms or signs develop. I hope your spleen wasn't injured.
