Case report : A breast hematoma ruptures during a flight would be considered a "case report". Proper diagnosis and treatment of the hematoma is advised. Professional athletes fly frequently after a hemetoma without any noted complication. For further recommendation, consult an a doctor specializing in aerospace medicine (yes, it exists!).

Safe to fly: A hematoma should not be at risk of rupturing due to flying.
