Your choice. Smoking anything is known to constrict small blood vessels and lead to slow/prolonged healing times. The effect persists for days after use. If any inhaled anesthetic is used during the procedure, smoking can cause enough lung irritation to increase potential side effects. In the long term, you will do what you choose.

Definitely not medically recommended, as it may delay healing and interfere with other prescribed drugs. More of a lifestyle choice otherwise, a variety of long term use side effects have been described.

You may, but you will be adding to your problems. Marijuana is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain. MJ users are called stoners for good reason. Quit using it while you are ahead. Wish you good health!
