4 month ago i was exercising and suddenly i started felling pain in shoulders and elbow . so i stopped doing exercise for like 2 months after that my legs started having . and right now after like 4 months i am not able to do any exercise ?

You should restart with low intensity exercise, e.g. walking and gradually increase the intensity and duration of exercise. If you are unable to tolerate even low intensity exercise, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

With progressive pain and progressive loss of exercise tolerance, it is best to see your doctor, prepared with a list of symptoms and timing, and explaining what is concerning you the most. Best wishes
