I just startedciprofloxacin, 500mg twice a day 12 hours apart. i have just started to notice a itch on my scrotum, what do i do dr believes i have prostatitis. i had a uti twice over period of 1 month, now 3rd time buring comes back when i pee?

A mild localized itch might be just co-incidental and you can use calamine lotion or cortisone cream. But if it spreads let your doc know- you might be allergic to the med. Hope you do well.
