My father had uti or prostatitis 4 months ago and catheterized up until 2 mnths ago. now his urine is clear sometimes and completely turbid in few hours. on routine, 14-16epithelial cells 2-4pus cells seen. is this worrying? he is cmplty asymptmatc?

Normal urine: It sounds like his urinalysis is normal. With that plus no symptoms, all is well. Cloudy urine is not usually a sign of infection. It results mostly from microscopic mineral (phosphate) crystals and depends on diet and fluid intake. (You can test this easily: add a bit of acid like vinegar or lemon juice to a cloudy sample and watch it immediately clear up.) If in doubt, check with his doctor.
