I worry about any HSG test that requires extra pressure to spill contrast out of the tubes. It suggests a problem & poor function. Conception requires that a fertile egg easily enter the tube and travel into its midsection to meet a sperm/join & the mass move easily to the uterus to implant. Past inflammation that causes scarring in the tubes can prevent pregnancy or lead to an ectopic.
