Need evaluation: by a doctor/healthcare provider. It is unusual for a pregnancy to be still be positive a month later. Additionally, the frequent urination and pressure may be due to a urinary tract infection. It is unlikely that you are pregnant again, but it is possible. You should be evaluated as soon as possible.
