Depends on the rash: If it is an allergic rash or itchy, consider Allegra or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (but might make you tired). A steroid cream may work if it looks like eczema. A fungal rash can look very similar to eczema in certain cases and steroid cream would make it worse. I would consult your physician to try to figure out the cause of this rash. I avoid Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream.
