my 4 month had red rashes only on his face. forehead, cheeks, and under his eyes. can i use benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream?

Not advised: This will not help with most pediatric rashes, including hives. Although this could be a benign viral eruption, best to notify the pediatrician for advice.
