Taking allegra in the day and benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night for rash from johnson's oil. can either cause rash? if so, what are other alternatives?

Cortaid (hydrocortisone): Antihistamines don't help much with rashes due to contact allergens. You'll do much better with 1% Hydrocortisone cream applied twice daily until a few days after the rash goes away. If it doesn't seem to help, see your physician for some more effective prescription options.
