Based off of symptoms, ive never been convinced that my thyroid is ok. it appears to be fluctuating a lot. thyroid issues run in my family and i used to be on medication for being under. questioning hashimotos or graves since it fluctuates a lot?

Symptoms rarely useful for diagnosis or treatment of thyroid problems. For Hashimotos you need antibody titers measured. If you are looking at only thyroid sites there are many crazies out there. Recommend you pay for 1 months subscription to uptodate.com and read all am about thyroid and all other medical issues. Will save time money and maybe even your life. If u take biotin messes with TSH mess
