What is the meaning of "bilteral optic nerve tortuosity" on an mri report? the doctor didn't mention it at all during the appointment. is it of any concern?

That finding means both optic nerves are tortuous or tortuous optic nerves (TON). Depending on the symptoms/medical history, this MRI finding will become a relevant clinical finding. Give example: TON is an often reported MRI finding in benign intracranial hypertension.
