Every now and then i have diarrhea.it can be once every 2-3 days ,then i can be free of symptoms for a month, then again have some symptoms another month.i have no other symptoms. it seems to get worse after a period of stress like university exams?

I have had my period 3 times this month now. I'm 28 and I'm a college student I'm wondering if the reason why I got my period was due to stress because this hasn't happened to. I also take adhd meds can that be the reason too?
