Based on the exposure described elsewhere ("rusty" soapy water), it is not possible you have tetanus. If you did, it is not transmitted to babies by nursing.

The baby is eligible at six months for the Flu vaccine. Maternal antibodies are usually present based on placental transfer for about two months.
