Bought raw beef and raw chicken on the 26th, its been three days, all the meat has been kept in the coldest part of the refrigerator, it is unopened. is it still safe to cook and eat?

Entirely safe. Also, read the label: probably both have a "sell by" or "best by" date. You can be very sure they will be safe and should taste fine up to that date, and usually for several days afterward.

Should be safe. Don't see any reason for concern but might smell before cooking to be sure there is no foul odor if you are concerned.
