Entirely safe. Also, read the label: probably both have a "sell by" or "best by" date. You can be very sure they will be safe and should taste fine up to that date, and usually for several days afterward.

Yes. Raw meat kept in the coldest part of the refrigerator for three days should be safe to eat as long it is cooked thoroughly and properly.
