Sinus rhythm is the normal cardiac rhythm that emanates from the heart's intrinsic pacemaker called the sinus node and the resting rate can be from 55 to 100. A widened QRS interval.( over 0.10 seconds) is caused by delayed conduction of the electrical stimulus from the upper chamber which causes a delay in contraction of the ventricles. This can lead to terms like IV conduction delay or BBBB
