I'm 26, missing period for 6 months due to hypothalamic ammenorhea, i've been put on cyclo-progynova. the first 2 months of taking it, i got my period in the 7 days of not taking it (like perscribed), but now, month 3 of taking it, no period. cause?

Just assume you miss your period then you should check urine for ruling out pregnancy if you are sexual active without protection, just in case, then continue with the regimen. If period does not happen next month, you can see your doctor by then.
