I'm 18 yr 9 months. height 5 feet 1.5". my dad 5.7 feet nd mom 4.6 feet . is there any possibility to increase my height safely? and how much time it will take? i want to be more 2-3" taller.

This suggests your final height from genetic factors would be about 4'10". More growth would require open growth centers in your bones but they usually close by 17. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could identify growth center status.No diet/meds/exercise/ etc. will change this.
