Hello, im a mother of a 12 year old child 5'3 and he had a 6.1 inch penis which seemed like alot different to normal size for he's age and i was shocked. my question is, is this normal for hes age?

This is within the acceptable range seen in males. Why you would have a measurement is a bit odd. Please do not make comments about this to the child who at that age can feel quite awkward and uncomfortable as he embraces his emerging manhood.
