Does a blown vein (from blood draw) ever return to 100% normal? or does the body compensate in some other way? i've gotten a blown vein recently and i appreciate how vascular my arm look and am wondering if that's going to change (in that spot?

The vein will heal and that area will normalize eventually, likely within 10 days.

Blown vein is not a medical term. If you mean needle going through the vein into soft tissue, that will usually heal without causing any residual effects, other than may be a minor scar.
