Hands hygiene remains critical in avoiding the gastroenteritis type of infections, if you are mostly worried about blood transmitted infections such as HIV or hepatitis B or C, no risk for transmission in above mentioned circumstances. In your case there might be health related anxiety as you cannot recall if you cleaned your hands prior to eating.

Agree with Dr. P. What you described is very unlikely to have any adverse health effects. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
